Nandhini is an experienced yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga since 1982 and teaching since 1995. She has studied under Sivananda, Iyengar, Krishnamacharya and Jivanmukti teachers in London, Kuala Lumpur, Perth, Canberra and Chennai. Her versatile style provides guidance on correct form, alignment, breathing and awareness in postures, and promotes a strong focus on self-awareness, and building strength and flexibility. This includes understanding how to consciously approach, relax into, and transition out of yoga poses. Nandhini runs group and private classes, and workshops.

Your enquiry has been received and our team will respond within 24-hours.

The Clubhouse is open Monday to Sunday from 6am – 9pm. Our manned hours are 6am – 12pm and 4pm – 7pm. Outside these hours members are able to access the gym 24/7 via swipe card.
